BRANDY AND LIQUEURS

PLUM BRANDY

Our Plum brandy is produced from the autochthonous Croatian plum variety Bistrica, which is a highly valued plum variety and is very difficult to find nowadays. It was distilled in a copper cauldron and aged for six  months in oak barrels of five hundred liters.

VILJAMOVKA

Our Viljamovka is obtained from pure Williams pear, which we supply from family farms from Slavonia, for one  a liter of William brandy takes about ten  kilograms of pears.  Obtained  is by distillation  in a traditional copper cauldron.  Concentrated, aromatic, balanced, soft.

TRAVARICA

We get travarica by reinforcing Komovica and the chosen ones  Grass  which we supply from herbs from Velebit.  Macerate obtained from the aromatic herbs of Velebit is provided by our Travarica  unique and rich taste. It's macerate  left for a month before bottling.

VIŠNJEVAC

We get cherries  by maceration of cherries  maraska in our Komovica five months which gives  full  and peculiar  taste this  excellent  liqueur.  Favorite  especially in the female population, it is drunk chilled or with the addition of ice.

ORAHOVICA

Šoškić Orahovac is a traditional bitter-sweet nutty liqueur, with its well-known medicinal properties, guaranteeing the enjoyment of a memorable taste and aroma. Preservation of the rich natural aroma of green walnut is ensured by the traditional way of maceration of green walnut fruit in Komovica. Macerat stood five  months  before bottling.

KOMOVICA

Šoškić Komovica is completely  natural brandy based exclusively on  grapes  to whom  which is a by-product of our own wine production. After pressing without pressure  Kom stays on fermentation for a month and is  then distills twice.  Such  the processing methods provide us with an intoxicating wine aroma and an extremely drinkable taste of our Komovica.

MEDICA

Šoškić Medica is a liqueur with a distinctive and attractive smell, enriched with local honey
beautiful honey aromas. This sweet drink gently slides down the throat and is excellent to serve before as an aperitif or after a meal as a digestif.

BLUEBERRY

Šoškić blueberry liqueur is obtained according to the traditional recipe of combining our own komovica brandy and intoxicating fresh blueberries. Made from completely natural ingredients, this liqueur has a rich fruity taste with accentuated blueberry aromas. Today, new generations of consumers like this liqueur because of its enticing aroma and exceptional drinkability.

Consumption recommendation: 

Chilled or with added ice, it can be used as an aperitif or with dessert.
