TERMS OF DELIVERY

Delivery

1.1. Delivery in Croatia

Through  www.soskic.hr it is possible to purchase products on the territory of the Republic of Croatia, which includes the delivery of purchased products exclusively in those areas.

 

By using www.soskic.hr, the Seller considers that the user is familiar with the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase and that he accepts them. The Seller disclaims any responsibility for disputes that may arise due to the fact that the User has not read the Terms of Purchase.

1.2. Minimum delivery

Minimal  delivery amount is 1.00 kn.

1.3. Execution of delivery

Delivery is made by the Seller (through its employees) in the area of Zagreb and Zagreb County, a  via courier service in the rest of the Republic of Croatia. Delivery is made to the doorstep of a home or business address. Delivery time in the Republic of Croatia  is a maximum of 48 hours  upon receipt of payment, and in the area of Zagreb and Zagreb County  in most cases 24 hours. Delivery price is 30.00 kuna (VAT included). For amounts over 400,00kn, delivery is free. Delivery is made on working days no later than 4 pm, and for the area of the city of Zagreb  and on Saturdays until 3 p.m.

1.4. Delivery to the customer

Each shipment is certified by the recipient and a delivery note is signed upon receipt of the shipment.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Civil Obligations Act, the certification of the delivery list by the consignee is considered that the consignment was delivered in undamaged condition and after that the carrier is released from any subsequent liability. The sender will indicate the reference number of the accompanying documentation in the pick-up list, whereby the later signed delivery list with the reference number will be the proof of the performed delivery.

Ordered products are delivered to the entrance to the residential building. In the case of a residential building, the deliverer is not obliged to carry the goods to the floor where the Buyer resides, but only to the entrance to the residential building.

1.5. Shipping prices

The delivery price includes product packaging.

The seller provides on its Internet store pages. If delivery is paid, the delivery price will be clearly stated along with the price of the product.

1.6. Review when downloading

When taking over the delivered Product, the Buyer is obliged to inspect the delivered product, ie to check whether there are any visible external damages on the shipment and / or on the products themselves that are inside the shipment and immediately advertise them with the delivery     worker, and refuse to take over the delivered products where the damage is visible. Be sure to open the shipment in front of the courier and compare the delivered products with        delivery note, and if something is missing or products that have not been delivered are delivered, immediately advertise them to the delivery person.

1.7. Wrongly delivered product

In cases when the Product delivered to the Buyer is different from the one he bought, he has the right to delivery of the ordered Product, and if this is not possible, the Buyer is entitled to a refund in the amount of the paid price of the Product, delivery price and wrongly delivered Product.

1.8. Receipt of shipment

Upon delivery, with the purchased Product, the Buyer receives an invoice and a confirmation of receipt of the shipment, which he is obliged to sign, if there is no reason for complaint. By signing the confirmation of receipt of the shipment, the Buyer confirms that when taking over the product he inspected it and that the Product was taken without visible visible damage, that it quantitatively and qualitatively corresponds to the products from the invoice and that all documents are delivered in accordance with legal regulations.

If the Buyer found a reason for a complaint during the inspection of the delivered products in the manner described above, the goods should be immediately reported to the supplier because the complaints reported after the delivery of the delivered Products, the Seller will not accept.

1.9. Refusal to download

If the Buyer does not take over the product or refuses to take over the product without a valid reason,

Seller reserves the right to claim reimbursement of handling, transportation and other possible costs.
