The cellar master must contain a very specific set of skills such as a trained winegrower, an experienced winemaker, a virtuoso composer with the abilities of a magician. The master of the cellar, apart from being the custodian of the tradition and heritage of the Dvor house, is the only one who can and manages to create a recognizable taste and unique aroma of the Dvor every year, regardless of differences in year, harvest, climate.
